Fully Managed cPanel Hosting

General

cPanel Hosting is the most basic yet very powerful product we offer. In Managed cPanel Hosting, we manage everything for you.

This includes setting up DNS records for your domain, setting up WordPress or any other CMS on your domain, troubleshooting general errors, installing SSL certificates, and a lot more.

Yes. You receive SSL Certificates for all the websites you are hosting on your cPanel. For the Starter Plan, you receive 1, for the Growth Plan, you receive 5, and for the Business Plan, you receive 10 SSL Certificates.

The SSL Certificates are issued automatically once you point your domain to our DNS.

You can also use Cloudflare SSL certificates if you prefer to use Cloudflare to speed up your website.

We do. All our Managed cPanel Hosting packages come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you want to switch from yearly to monthly billing cycle, you can do so too. The monthly billing will start after your yearly plan’s renewal date.
eg. If your yearly plan renews on 21st July 2021, then your monthly billing cycle will start after 21st July 2021.

You have to request a change at least 30 days in advance before your renewal date for switching from yearly to the monthly billing cycle.

Technical

Absolutely. It is very easy to switch plans. Once you start noticing that you are getting more visitors on your website, you can contact us and request for upgrades. The plan will be upgraded seamlessly and you won’t face any downtime or hiccups during the upgrade.

You can even request a downgrade, if you feel that you no longer need the resources your current plan offers. We will credit your account with the difference.

We backup all hosting accounts twice a day. If you want to restore your website from a backup, just create a ticket with us and we will restore the backup for you.

You can also use the JetBackup’s Restore function and restore your entire cPanel account easily with just a few clicks.

The RAM and CPU allocated to you in cPanel hosting is shared between multiple customers. So you cannot use all the resources all the time, as it will cause a negative effect on our other customers.

Therefore, we allow you to burst your usage to the limit we have specified in the above plans when there is higher traffic or spikes in your website traffic.

We won’t limit the burst usage just to a few minutes, but if you continuously are using all the resources, then we might suggest you upgrade to a VPS where you are allowed to use all your allocated resources, and you don’t share it with anyone else.

All our Managed cPanel plans come with a minimum of 99.95% uptime guarantee. If we fall short of this guarantee in any month, we will reimburse you with credits in the form of days for every hour of downtime you face above the specified limit.

Yes, all our plans come with Softaculous pre-installed. It also provides you with some basic themes which you can install on your favourite CMS.

There is nothing unlimited on a server. A server has a limited amount of CPU Cores, RAM, Disk, etc.

If we start offering let’s say Unlimited Disk Space, Domains and Databases, it will slow down the server in the long run, and will affect customers who don’t abuse the the above limits. This leads to slower websites and apps, and in turn lost customers for your business.

Also, sharing limited resources with a lot of websites, means if one website gets popular in your account, then the others will slow down considerably or might not even be accessible. Again, this means you will lose customers and business.

After studying all of this for the last few years, we implemented limits on number of websites, databases, etc. Our customers are happier with their website speeds and overall hosting quality and like our approach.

Fully Managed VPS Servers

General

A VPS or Virtual Private Server is a virtual operating system (or instance) that resides inside a parent server and shares resources with other virtual servers. The parent server divides up resources between all of the virtual servers via software called a hypervisor. The hypervisor creates and runs the VPS instances.

A VPS instance is just like a regular server and is managed through an easy to use control panel. Since a VPS duplicates many of the properties of a physical server, it also provides similar functionality and processes.

In a VPS setting, you’ll have full control to resize your server up to accommodate spikes in traffic or, scale it down for post-seasonal businesses. The ability to upgrade or downgrade allows you to pay for only the resources you use on the VPS.

VPS servers not only provide peace of mind for small to medium businesses but they also offer a robust combination of ancillary benefits:

  • Quick Resizing for Changes in Traffic Flow
  • Only Pay for What You Use
  • Host Unlimited Sites (based on the resources available)
  • Very Cost-effective
