Because we run our platform on top of cloud providers, we can keep adding space to servers. As long as your disk space is used for websites, we won’t limit your usage.
We use a number of different cloud providers for backups. We never back up to the same datacentre as your website. However we do always back up to the same jurisdiction, so you do not have any data residency problems. Data is encrypted at rest.
This entirely depends on the website. Our shared hosting we think is the best there is, but at some stage a site does outgrow shared hosting. A WordPress site with a good caching setup should be able to take millions of monthly visitors.
Yes, you can add as many reseller accounts as you like to one server. This would allow you to have a single reseller login with thousands of cPanel accounts. We do recommend splitting up resellers between locations and server however. Our single DNS cluster makes this really straightforward.

Our services are designed for hosting websites. We specifically do not allow video “tube” sites (adult or otherwise), file or cloud backup services, cryptography miners, file sharing, or any directories of copyrighted content. Ask our support anytime if you are not sure.
