Refunds & Cancellation Policy

a. CloudSites, CloudSites Reseller for Refunds.

  1. Hivium offers a “30 Day” Money Back Guarantee on its “CloudSites”, “CloudSites Reseller” platform.
  2. The 30 day money back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same. For instance, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  3. No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for abuse or any other illegal cause.
  4. The refund will not cover any kind of taxes, setup fees, refund processing fee, postal charges or any kind of payment processing charges or bank fee(s). There will be no refunds issued in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal or system resources over-usages or after 30 days period or beyond coverage of our refund policy as noted here.
  5. We offer pro-rata refunds to our customers in case of cancellation in between the billing period. (eg. If a monthly bill is paid on 15th, and the customer cancels the service on 25th, then a refund for 20 days will be given to the customer.).
  6. Customers who have availed the “Trial” offer are ineligible for refunds in the first month of service. Subsequent renewals can be refunded on a case by case basis.

b. Managed WordPress and Managed WooCommerce for Refunds.

  1. Hivium offers a “7 Day” Money Back Guarantee on its “Managed WordPress”, and “Managed WooCommerce” platforms.
  2. The 7 day money back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same. For instance, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  3. No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for abuse or any other illegal cause.
  4. The refund will not cover any kind of taxes, setup fees, refund processing fee, postal charges or any kind of payment processing charges or bank fee(s). There will be no refunds issued in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal or system resources over-usages or after 30 days period or beyond coverage of our refund policy as noted here.
  5. We offer pro-rata refunds to our customers in case of cancellation in between the billing period only for yearly payments.

c. Managed VPS, Managed VDS, Self Managed VPS, Self Managed Dedicated Servers, Managed Dedicated Servers, Self Managed VDS, & Managed Cloud Servers Policy for Refunds.

  1. Hivium does NOT offer a Money Back Guarantee on its “Managed VPS”, “Managed VDS”, “Self Managed VPS”, “Self Managed Dedicated Servers”, “Managed Dedicated Servers”, “Self Managed VPS”, & “Managed Cloud Servers” platforms.
  2. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on any of the products that are bought under the above plans.
  3. No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for abuse or any other illegal cause.
  4. Licenses if any like “LiteSpeed Enterprise”, “BitNinja”, “cPGuard”, etc. are non-refundable.
  5. We do NOT offer pro-rata refunds to our customers in case of cancellation in between the billing period.

d. Cancellation Policy for all products.

  1. Hivium notifies all its customers to cancel the products, “CloudSites”, “CloudSites Reseller”, “Managed WordPress”, “Managed WooCommerce”, “Managed VPS”, “Managed Dedicated Servers”, “Managed Cloud Servers”, “Managed VDS”, “Self Managed VPS”, “Self Managed Dedicated Servers”, “Self Managed VDS”, “HyperCDN”, “HyperCache”, “HyperStream”, “HyperCare”, “HyperSecure”, & “HyperDB” at least 3 days in advance. The cancellation can be requested from the customers portal on a per product basis.
  2. No refunds or cancellation requests will be entertained under any circumstances once the product is renewed.
  3. We reserve the right to delete your service, if you fail to pay the dues in a stipulated time frame on a per product basis.
  4. Once the service is cancelled, it will be fully terminated and the data will be deleted after a stipulated time. Recovery of data won’t be possible once the service is terminated.
