Try Hivium Risk-Free for 30 Days

If you cancel your hosting account during the first 30 days of service we will issue a full refund. This means you can try out Hivium risk-free for 30 days!

This money-back guarantee covers the cost of any CloudSites, CloudSites for Agencies, Managed WordPress, WordPress for Agencies, Managed WooCommerce, WooCommerce for Agencies plan. In addition, if you opt to use any of our add-ons (eg. HyperCDN) during this initial 30 day period and request a refund the cost of those add-ons will NOT be refunded.

There are a few exclusions that do apply to this guarantee:

  • The guarantee is available to first-time customers. Returning customers are eligible for a partial refund of unused fees.
  • This guarantee is available to you during the first 30 days after signing up for a brand new hosting plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan during this time and the guarantee will still be in effect. However, the guarantee period runs for 30 days from the date that you initially sign up. The guarantee period does not start over each time you switch plans.
  • Add-ons are NOT covered by this guarantee if you cancel your add-ons during the first 30 days of service.
  • In some situations, you may be assessed a one-time fee. All one-time fees are non-refundable. Examples of one-time fees include paid migrations and domain registration.
  • If you incur any overage fees during the initial 30 day period the overage will be deducted from the refund. If the cost of the overage exceeds the value of the refund you will still be responsible for the additional amount of the overage not covered by the refund.

Refunds for Other Plans

If you’re hosting on a dedicated instance i.e. CloudSites Enterprise, WordPress Enterprise, WooCommerce Enterprise, Managed DigitalOcean, Managed Akamai, Managed Vultr, Managed AWS, Managed Google Cloud, Managed Azure, Managed VPS, Managed VDS, and Dedicated Servers please refer to the refund guidelines below.

  • The first month payment is non-refundable nor is a pro-rated refund supplied if any of the above service is canceled within the first month.
  • For Managed AWS, Managed Google Cloud and Managed Azure, yearly plans give you 2 months free, and therefore cannot be cancelled till the billing period is over i.e. a full year. No pro-rata refunds are issued if a yearly plan is cancelled.

Refunds for HyperCDN

  • If you have signed up for HyperCDN addon with a monthly billing cycle and wish to cancel it, you can easily cancel it from your dashboard. There are no refunds for unused days in the monthly billing cycle.
  • If you have signed up for HyperCDN addon with a yearly billing cycle and wish to cancel it during the year, you can cancel it for a pro-rata refund for the unused months.

Refunds for Other Addons

If you have signed up for special addons like, cPGuard, Imunify360, BitNinja, cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Enhance then the following conditions are applicable.

  • The payment is non-refundable nor is a pro-rated refund supplied if any of the above service is canceled anytime after ordering within the billing month.
