private cloud hosting
What is private cloud?
A private cloud is when a single business entity or end user has sole access to the hardware and software resources designated in a specific cloud computing environment.
Private cloud environments are hosted private clouds with dedicated hardware, software, backups, and fully managed services.
Highly Performant
Enterprise hardware ensures fast load times, seamless user experiences, and the ability to handle large amounts of traffic. Virtualization and automation technologies let you dynamically allocate resources to meet changing demands.
With a platform you can design from scratch, software updates, hardware upgrades, and future customizations are effortless.
Predictable Pricing
You’re never charged an additional fee for each VM you deploy or for inbound network overages. Pricing is resource-based.
Fully Managed
We take care of your entire hosting infrastructure, including hardware, software, and the private cloud platform itself.
Guarantee
Our network and power uptime SLA ensures that all major routing devices in our network are reachable 100% of the time.

Benefits of private cloud hosting
Improved Utilization
The virtualization technology that underlies all types of cloud computing delivers many of the benefits of private cloud. Servers being underused, virtualization provides private cloud users with improved resource utilization.
Backups
Daily backups are carried out on the entire infrastructure to a secure offsite location to keep your data and backups safe. The backups can then be pushed to our cold S3 storage (addon) for added redundancy and security.
High Availability
Run your business on a hosted private cloud infrastructure built to handle sudden spikes in traffic and heavy workloads on the fly, coupled with high availability and redundancy for both hardware and software keeping your data secure.
Top-tier Hardware
We use top-tier hardware for our servers, with AMD EPYC processors, RAID-protected SSD and NVMe storage, coupled with DDR5 ECC RAM providing high performance.
Complete Security
Reduce Costs
A private cloud environment will not only save money over a traditional on-premises environment, but for some organizations, it costs less than a public cloud environment.
Managed private cloud hosting FAQ
How does a private cloud work?
To get a thorough grasp of how private cloud works, it’s important to revisit the concept of virtualization since it forms the backbone of cloud computing. Virtualization is creating virtual versions of things like operating systems, storage devices, servers, or network resources, hosted all within a cloud environment. IT organizations leverage virtualization to achieve greater efficiencies and economies of scale.
A private cloud server is an isolated (otherwise known as single-tenant) and secure environment comprising resources pooled from multiple servers using virtualization. This type of cloud is only available to select organizations rather than the general public. At the same time, it ensures that those organizations are sufficiently isolated from each other. It is generally offered as a monthly lease.
In terms of management, this is generally taken care by the company providing the hardware resources.
Who should use private cloud infrastructure?
ISVs, software vendors, healthcare businesses, B2B ecommerce sellers, and app developers all benefit from private cloud.
Private cloud hosting should also be considered by organizations that can benefit from the increased flexibility of a virtualized environment. Many organizations, particularly among medium and large businesses, run a variety of different applications, each residing on its own hardware.
Virtualizing a server that runs a certain application, such as email, allows the organization to increase or decrease the resources available to it. This enables performance improvements as servers running more resource-intensive applications are provisioned with more computing power or memory. It also delivers cost savings, as the increased resources are drawn from otherwise underutilized servers rather than leased or purchased separately.
Can we import VMs from our current environment?
Yes, we have a variety of migration options available and would be happy to consult with you on the best one for your particular environment.
Is there a contract for private cloud?
Yes, a contract is required for our private cloud plans. Chat with one of our advisors for more information.
Are there any fees for creating VMs?
We do not charge a fee simply for creating a new VM; you’re free to allocate the resources available within your environment as you see fit to suit the needs of your business.
Please note, however, that licensing and fees will apply, as appropriate, for any paid software or services you choose to add at the VM level (Windows OS, cPanel/Plesk/InterWorx, ESET, cybersecurity monitoring, etc.).
What management is included with private cloud?
We take care of the entire infrastructure, including all hardware, the virtualization platform, and the network for the private cloud environment. All services are proactively monitored 24/7/365.
What operating systems are supported in the private cloud?
We offer a full, flexible catalog of VM templates and media files to choose from, or you can easily bring over your own media (.vmdk, .iso, .ovf, .ova), etc.
Is VPN access supported with private cloud?
